At webame.com, operated by WorldHive Corp, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Requests made after this 30-day period will unfortunately not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in new and unused condition.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  • We accept returns for both defective (damaged during transit) and non-defective (changed mind) products.

3. Return Process

All returns must be sent by mail. To start a return:

  2. We provide a Free Return Shipping Label (included in your original package or sent via email upon request).

  3. Securely pack the item and drop it off at the designated carrier location using our prepaid label.

4. Return Shipping Fees & Restocking Fees

  • Return Shipping Cost: We provide free return shipping. There is no cost to the customer for returning an item.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

5. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Please allow 7 business days for our team to process your return.

  • Once approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
